How investing in digital helped one brand grow 600%
Liberty Hive’s digital recruitment platform has attracted brands including Channel 4 and Aldi, with 71% of companies returning to post jobs within six months.
With attracting and retaining talent a key priority for any business, Liberty Hive identified a gap in the market for a ‘new era’ digital platform tailored to media, marketing and martech specialists.
The company developed a bespoke platform for the marketing industry, matching candidates to roles according to skills, seniority and preferred ways of working. The team uses data analysis to improve day-to-day performance, offering users dynamic creative with relevant job updates and an AI-powered vetting process.
Tracking performance in real time helped Liberty Hive make 45 tech upgrades from 2021 to date, with the company hiring its first head of data to nurture a wealth of first-party insight.
Prioritising transparent communication, all companies and candidates are encouraged to schedule online chats with Liberty Hive’s founders to find out more.
This digital-focused approach to recruitment appears to be resonating. The community has grown 600% year on year to more than 1,000 candidates and 79 companies including Channel 4, Aldi and L’Oréal. Boasting candidates across 70 skillsets, Liberty Hive hopes to expand its talent pool to 2,000 by the end of the year.
Crucially, 71% of companies post roles for a second time within six months and 22% use the platform as their main hiring resource. The team reports working closely with businesses to maximise conversion rates, which are 61% on average from posting a job to hiring.
The platform continues to adapt. The introduction of a salary band feature delivered 67% more applications, 50% faster – results which helped Liberty Hive scoop the 2023 Marketing Week Award for Digital Transformation.
