The majority of Gen Z marketers feel more secure in their jobs than a year ago, the highest proportion of any generation, according to Marketing Week’s 2023 Career and Salary survey.
Indeed, 56.6% of the 3,000-plus marketers taking part who are Gen Z (those aged 26 and under) say they feel more safe in their job than 12 months ago.
