August has proved surprisingly busy for recruitment, and while some marketers are finding it harder to fully switch off, others are ensuring they find ways to get the break they need ahead of a busy end to the year.

August usually presents a moment to pause, reset and prepare for what is often a hectic fourth quarter for many marketers. However, this year might be proving a bit different. From working on holiday, to not taking time off at all, or continuing the job hunt, marketers are spending this summer in a myriad of different ways.
