Tonic Housing obtains loan for LGBT + retirement community

Tonic Housing has secured a £ 5.7million loan to open the UK’s first LGBT + affirming retirement community. Support from the Greater London Authority will enable the purchase of 19 properties at Bankhouse in Lambeth.
