Judge.  Sylvia Rodriguez, who is the lawyer for the city of Floresville, took first place a few minutes later.  Lawyer Trent Rowell will appear as the third contender in the race.  Draws were held at the Wilson County Courthouse for all Republican candidates in the contested races - from governor and congressman to justice of the peace - on the Republican primary ballot in Wilson County.
