Margaret Molloy is the Global CMO at Siegel+Gale, the global brand experience firm behind the “simple is smart” ethos. Since 1969, Siegel+Gale has championed simplicity for leading corporations, non profits, and government organizations worldwide. Part of Omnicom Group Inc., Siegel+Gale clients include CVS Health, SAP, HPE, U.S. Army, Bristol Myers Squibb, KPMG, The Y, and more.

Margaret’s strengths as a leader, connector, and moderator have made her a highly influential CMO. She has hosted 250+ leading CMOs, panellists, and 1000s of guests from across the globe for Siegel+Gale’s live Future of Branding series; the recordings are all available on her podcast: “How CMOs Commit.” Margaret is a fierce advocate for DEI, and she leads award-winning Women’s Day, LGBT+ Pride, Gen Z, and Boomer programs.

In 2023, Margaret’s team achieved a top-three award in Campaign US’ Corporate Communications/Marketing Team of the Year. She is a LinkedIn Top Voice in Marketing, The Drum B2B Marketer of the Year, and a Marketing Society fellow. A native of Ireland and resident of New York, Margaret is the founder of the acclaimed WearingIrish, a passion project to tell the untold story of Irish fashion design. She has been described by The Irish Times as an “Unofficial Ambassador” of Ireland.

She was SVP Marketing at GLG and led teams at Siebel Systems (Oracle), Telecom Ireland US (eir), and Enterprise Ireland. Margaret has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Ulster, and La Universidad de Valladolid, Spain.
